Sea to Sky Holistic Vet offers 2 options for telehealth based on whether your pet has been seen by Dr. Aja in the last 12 months. These restrictions are based on current laws and regulations for Washington State. See the options below.

Has your pet been seen by Dr. Aja in the last 12 months?

Yes my pet has! Simply email or text Dr. Aja about any issues or questions and you’ll typically receive a reply from Dr. Aja within several hours for texts and within 18 hours for email consults between the hours of 10am and 10pm daily. Telemedicine and remote consults are available daily including weekends and holidays. Phone and video chat consults are by appointment only. All consults are charged hourly at the same rate as in person appointments.

Sea to Sky Holistic Vet also offers a VIP subscription service perfect for peace of mind. You simply pay set rate monthly and get unlimited email and text consults free for that month.

No my pet has not seen Dr. Aja in the last 12 months. There are few options based on where you’re located and what you’re looking for.

Where are you located?

I’m located in Seattle! You can either set up an in person appointment and then be eligible for ongoing telemedicine visits and consults for 12 months for specific care or we can do virtual only. Virtual only is limited by Washington State regulations to General Holistic Advice only. Contact us to set up either an in person or a General Holistic Advice Virtual Appointment.

I don’t live in Seattle but I am in Washington State. Unfortunately Dr. Aja only sees in person appointments in Seattle (with very limited case by case exceptions just outside of city limits). We can still do a General Holistic Advice appointment on Zoom to discuss in general a holistic approach to pet care (nutrition, behavior, puppy/kitten questions) and to any diagnoses your pet already has. Current Washington State regulations mean that Dr. Aja cannot prescribe any medications or provide any diagnoses for a patient not seen in person in the last 12 months. I don’t live in Washington State but I’d like a virtual appointment. Unfortunately each state/province/country has their own rules and regulations about doing virtual visits even for General Holistic Advice. Dr. Aja also offer consults with your regular vet to discuss holistic options including holistic hospice and palliative care for your pet since most vets just haven’t been trained in these options so may not be familiar with what is available. You can request that your regular vet contact Sea to Sky Holistic Vet on your behalf to discuss specific holistic treatments for your pet. You can look for other holistic vets in your area through American Holistic Veterinary Medical Association or through Chi University as well.
